hello everyone. well I had gained a large amount of weight all of 2015. I hurt my left knee in may 2015 and I didn't get back to work till March 2016. Required surgery. I work as a maintenance tech for Burrtec waste, so my job is fairly physical and kept me in ok shape. before my injury I Weighed 185lbs. on return to full duty work I weighed 215-220lbs. I felt horrible and hated how I looked. after taking a few products I lost 20lbs. it was a good start. I took the challenge to get better than before I was injured. man do I feel different. the energy levels that I have are like when I was back in high school. I have been taking the probiotic and the repair in the morning. on my way to work I'll take the supergreens with a berry blast. and an mrp at my first break, digest and the vitamins at every meal. I would do light exercises like hiking with my wife, walking my dog, with short running burst. the best thing that my knee would be in big pain at time because of the excess weight, not any more!!!!.
