Hola comunidad YOR, me siento contenta de estar finalizando este reto y de tener un registro de como inicie.
Durante mis otros retos he aprendido que la constancia y la disciplina en mis nuevos hábitos son elementales para tener buenos resultados, pero en esta ocasión aprendí algo diferente, y es que el cuerpo habrá ocasiones en las que se modifique el peso y en otras no será así, y para estas ocasiones lo mejor que me pudo pasar es tener un registro de mis tallas.
Comparto con gusto que aún cuando no cambio mi peso, mis tallas lo hicieron reduciendo en las áreas de abdomen alto, vientre y cadera 4cm y mi mayor felicidad, 8cm menos de cintura (a la altura del ombligo).
Ahora se que el cuerpo cambia de distintas formas, modificando y reestructurándose según sea necesario para continuar con su transformación de manera sana y paulatina.
Yo consumo el kit de limpieza y restauración, las vitaminas y Repair diariamente en los horarios indicados por la compañía.
Estoy decidida a continuar porque cada vez que me mido, inicia un reto conmigo misma y siempre me puedo superar.
