My name is Martha Navarro and I work in Accounting for an Entertainment Law Firm.

I took the challenge because I have gained unwanted pounds due to the amount of time I sit at work and not exercising enough. And of course add some bad eating habits to the weight gain.

The challenge has helped me regain my focus on eating healthy and exercising a minimum of 30 minutes a day.

I didn't reach my goal of losing 20lbs but I feel very good losing 12lbs and the best thing is that I am motivated to continue with the weight loss.
