Hi im Paoze, Im a 33 year old father of 3. After going to the Dr and finding out I was prediabetic, had high blood pressure and gout, he told me I had to lose some weight(my dad passed away from diabetes). I didnt pay any mind to it until my wife started YOR Health and was losing weight so I decided to join her. During my 8 week challenge, I would take a YOR probiotic and YOR repair in the morning and before bed. I would take YOR vanilla shake, YOR supergreens, YOR fiber and YOR berry blast along with a drop of lemon Bare Oils and YOR vitamins in the morning and YOR shake in the evening. And of course YOR digest ultra after meals. I had a few battles with gout during my challenge and so i would use the Frankensense, Lavender and Peppermint Bare Oils along with the coconut oil for relief. My exercise consisted of 10 min ab workouts and 20-30 min on the treadmill everyday. My starting weight was 163 lbs and I am now 142 lbs. I only set a goal of 18 lbs and I have beat that, this truly is a lifestyle change for me. Even though my challenge is over, I will still be enjoying YOR Health products.
