I started at 146 lbs and just had a 2 month old baby. Now I am 136 lbs and I love it and I feel great!
I brought the yor health product because I believe in it. I believe these product will help me lose weight a little faster. I created a every day regiment that help me get to where I am at.
My everyday schedule I start off at 7am and take one probiotic and one repair in the morning. I drink a supergreen for breakfast and one slim pill.
I drink a shake for lunch with fiber and vitamin.
Around 3pm, I usually snack alittle and at 5pm it's my regular dinner time with the family. I will take my digest pill 15 minutes before I eat. I start my exercise at 7pm every four days and after my workout I drink a protein shake and with a repair.
I did this routine about a month and I slim down quite well. On the fourth weeks, I had some difficulty and gain my weight up quick.
My leg collapse when I was at home by myself and I was in deep pain. I couldn't stand up for a minute. Call my doctor right away and did my visits. I found out from my doctor that after my pregnancy it is common to some woman after birth their legs need to recover from having birth. I couldn't do my exercise and was depress. I miss some days not using the products. I was in pain and busy going to chiropractor for exam and just trying to adjust my legs and hip. I gain my weight back up quick and I almost give up on this challenge. This is just a small experience during my 8 week challenge. I know I only had a short time to lose some more weight and I still got hope and I found a way.
I change my routine even if I am losing just one pound a week, I was happy that I am doing something about myself and I am not going give up.
This challenge have change me to be better and understand that being healthy is not an easy task. I am glad that I lose 10 lbs and I want to see more progress of myself.
