This was my second YOR best body challenge in two years. Joining the challenge makes me more focused on my health, my workout routine and the proper product regiment. I wouldn't be able to get the right results without my yorhealth products. I don't have a favorite because I love all of them including my essential bare oils and bare living body care line.
I would do cardio two to three times a week. I'd also walk two to three times a week. I would have glass of water with few drops of bare lemon essential oils when I first wake up in the morning. Then comes yorhealth vanilla MRP protein shake or greatful protein shake for breakfast. I'd mix fiber and supergreens or greatful greens into my shake. I'd have my essential vitamins for lunch and one capsule of super slim. I'd have my essential vitamins and another capsule of super slim before dinner. Then I'd have capsule of probiotics and two capsules of Repair Ultra before bedtime. I like the results I've got thanks to Yorhealth! I can't wait to join another challenge.
