Mi nombre es Veronica Cortez y tengo 31 años. Para mi ha sido muy dificil seguir con las dietas, me encantan las cosas dulces, en especial el pan y el refresco. Casi no tomaba agua, y comia todo el tiempo por ansiedad. Ahora que me uní al reto de 8 semanas, lo quise intentar porque soy incredula de todos los tipos de suplementos alimenticios.

Al iniciar el reto pesaba 78 kilos, con el Shape pude controlar poco a poco comer por ansiedad, tambien me impuse a tomar mas agua el cual tambien controlaron las ganas de comer cosas dulces en especial el pan; con el SUPER GREENS note que me daban mas energia por la mañana y duraba hasta mas tarde, algo que me encanta tomar es el SHAKE de CHOCOLATE que sabe super rico y me mantiene llena por mucho mas tiempo. AL final de estas 8 semanas mi pesol es de 72 kilos , los cuales nunca pense que bajaria 6 kilos. Ahora quiero seguir tomandolo para llegar a una meta de 54 kilos, sentirme mas ligera y con energia.
