I'm Mandy Lee and I'm 27 years old. This is my 5th challenge and it has been one of my most challenging ones! I started changing my habits through DetoxLB and it has been really interesting getting to know my body better and how to make it work better for me! I've discovered that my body can handle pretty much anything, but it's my mind I have to convince! For those who are starting to implement the DetoxLB in their lives, don't give up! It's worth the learning process!
During my dating hours in the morning I took 1 probiotic, 2 YOR Shape and 1-2 Repair, as well as the Metobolic Mix of essential oils. I also ran every morning Mon-Fri during the dating window.
To open my eating window after 12-14 hours of fasting, I drank Supergreens and Fiber Plus. 30 min later I drank YOR shake, usually with Berry Blast. At lunch of protein and green vegetables, I took a digest ultra. 2 days a week I did Zumba in the afternoon. At night I added carbs to my meal and took another Digest. Many times I closed my eating wonder with a mix of YOR Shake and Supergreens.
I feel that while the physical changes aren't too apparent between my before and after pics, my mentality has changed greatly! I'm looking forward to being more disciplined and applying what I learned from this challenge in the next one!
