My story begins quite different to most people. I began my journey believing I was healthy and truthfully, I was not. Since childhood I had struggled to gain weight and always had issues with my image, being skinny and lacking the physical attraction. My journey with YOR health had me aiming to gain weight, rather than lose it.

I was the normal everyday 21-year-old, lacking energy, lazing around in bed till the afternoon, going to sleep at all hours of the night and eating 'shit' convenient food that I knew wasn't good for me. For someone my age I had no energy drive, I struggled to concentrate on things at university and in general conversations, impacting my grades and pushing me away from friends, I didn't have the capability to retain information and due to my energy lacking, I begun neglecting my family and partner. Finally, I was introduced to the YOR health products. I was never one to take protein powders, supplements and was possibly one of the biggest sceptics to begin with, but I gave it a go anyway.

My initial week consisted of me 'cleansing' myself and shedding around 4 kilograms. I took all the products religiously and correctly, knowing that doing this properly, I would be able to have amazing results. Following that initial week, I immediately noticed energy peaks. I found myself being able to sleep more deeper and wake up more refreshed, I no longer was sleeping to ridiculous hours and still being tired, but sleeping shorter amounts of time and feeling rejuvenated. Because of this, I found myself going to gym around 4 - 5 days a week and not feeling fatigued or tired following, this lead to me gaining several kilograms of muscle rapidly and feeling more 'powerful'. I then noticed my academic intake increasing and found that I was involving myself in class discussions, actively thinking and taking information in which lead to my grades reaching new levels and my understanding of information increasing.

As I progressed through the weeks, my energy and awareness continued to increase, I had gained several kilograms more and started going up levels in gym. I found myself having a few more hours of the day which allowed me to take up extra curriculum activities like learning a language. I then noticed that because of my energy and overall wellness increase I could communicate more intimately with individuals and begun connecting with my family more and started giving my partner more time and showing more passion towards her.

The YOR health products not only impacted my physical and psychological aspects of life with my physical strength and energy increase, as well as my clear-thinking increase, but also impacted my social and psychosocial aspects, increasing my social field and ability to communicate to people. I am now more energetic, happy, outgoing and confident about not only my personality, but my body and will continue to take these and spread the impact of them.

Because of YOR health and the products I have not only become a better version of myself, but have picked myself up out of the rut I was in and put me back on track on my journey in life. I owe my life to YOR health and I cannot thank them enough.
