OHH MY I am over the moon with my results. I entered the challenge because I just wanted to try it and to see if I could create a momentum for others to join me. They did not and I stayed in it anyway.
I will admit that I did enter previously, but did not do anything about it and did not believe in doing a challenge (or was it me I did not believe in...) So I pulled out before it ended.
I got the products shipped from Australia to Denmark July last year and just wanted to test the supplements out. I love the oils and knew I would already before I ordered them. They would help me be even more chemical free – and wow are they my toy for everything. I am a light worker and work daily with energies around me and I know the body is energy. Therefore at the time, I was sure that I could give my body all it needed of supplements with energy. Oh have I learned since then, the amount of time I would spend on getting my body into the right energy state compare to take the tables doing the day. Taking the products is only a fraction of the time AND they are clean, vegan and pure! Today I use all the products excluding the shakes, Great-ful greens instead of the super greens – organic always win over anything with me!
A bit about my Health journey:
I developed sugar addiction when I was 3, had major digest issues from when I was 5, first diet when I was 5 and different things just added on to the list. I feel as if I have been on all diets that are under the sun doing my life, the first one when I was 5 with my mum… Around 10 years ago I had enough and was just below 90 kg. This was when my committed ‘fight’ with weight started. At the time I started with the products, I had managed to keep my weight more or less stable around 70 kg. I had had a massive health journey till then as mentioned before, yet I still had loads of sugar cravings that I was fighting with. After 1½ month on YOR Health’s probiotics it was gone!! I continued with the products and I kept focusing on my health – being a Light working Health coach that is what I do. Soon I noticed how I managed to lose more weight and get more energy in my functional body. When I got excited about how well I felt and said that this is the best, my up–line kept saying ‘It will only get better’ and I was always REALLY….
I wanted to take the challenge way before, but have always been so disappointed if I am the slightest out, because then I AM A FAILURE! So I avoided the failure and never joined – smart I thought. It was not before I was doing something to get others on board, as mentioned, that I thought ‘At least I have got some to do the challenge with’. I entered first and no one else of them joined… I am sure I was meant to be here. I stayed in the challenge without updating or even looking in again - I do my own journaling over my whole life and did not know what to write here. All is my whole life.
Doing my life I have done loads of self-sabotage, till a bit extreme. Wow did that show up again when I had entered the challenge. So many things are and have been going on in my life with my business and personal development. I properly unconsciously told myself that I can always pull out of the completion again and enter another time. I will see what happens. I know what to eat and yet food has always had some kind of grab in me and I am honesty still finding out what food my body actually need! The overeating a big part of my life and even starvation at some point have messed up knowing of volume of food that my body need. Not to mention the denial over what is best for my body. I know better than my body actually signals to me… This made something in me say ‘others that take the products can eat anything – Dave Nelson even eats pizza! -so I can eat bread! My first 4 weeks in the challenge was me eating like I was not in this challenge and eating stuff that I would not normal eat!
As week 5 was about to start something in me said ‘This is gonna be a lie, I can flipping win this challenge, I can do anything I put my mind too!’ So I actually got a training program that was specific on fat lose and started following that and took back the control over my food. Prior to this I had been in the gym having fun – now I got down to more serious fun business in the gym about 4-5 times a week. The first 4 weeks I was in the gym too just having fun in a longer period of times. So despite this is an 8 week challenge, I have only been focused for 4 weeks!
The energy shift I have had doing this challenge have been phenomenal! Many know that when we really go for something, then all that is in the way suddenly tented to show up. This really happened for me, and lucky me is that I got my spiritual tools and all my energy coaches to help me. To take this a step deeper, I work with past lives too, so not only dealing with this life time food/body issues and stories, suddenly all the past-life stuff was happy to show their happy face! Today I am amazed with how I have managed to get so far as I have, knowing what have been going on in my lives. Seriously, I did not believe I could, I have HATED this body my whole life. I have wanted to get out of it. I punished it, have been crying my eyes out because I just did not want to be seen. I was so disgusted with myself sitting hiding away eating 1-2 liter B&J a day and 1 kilo quality street! This was just not possible to get to feel so great and gorgeous as I do today and true-fully I still can’t fully believe it – how can I come from being so massively overweight into a SCULPT completion. I just wanted to try how it was to be between the sculpt competitors, because it was so unreal that I can come from all that fat on my tummy and have a tummy as I have today! Even today going getting the results of my body analysis I can have it ‘What body was standing on that weight with the body fat on 14.7kg!! It cannot be mine…’ I find it so hard to believe that I have come this far – but you know what, I will keep going because I got so many that support me and follow me, that I do not want to turn back. I want to be an EVEN BETTER version of myself than I am today. For the first time in my life have I created something for ME! Not because of anyone else, not because I have a partner that tell me – FOR ME! Now I just want more of that happy drug that is running in me, and nothing can stop me!!
AND the Psoriasis is going too - not only the fat! :-)

It is not an option to go back and I know this and I believe this and I can do this, because YOR Health has given me the best support team.
