I decided to do the YOR challenge because fitness and health have always been very important to me. About 8 years ago I had a stroke. So I always have to be careful about what I eat or drink. Exercise has always been part of my adult life and it used to be enough until a couple of years ago when losing weight just got to be impossible. Then I was introduced to the YOR products and they have not only helped me lose weight but they have made me feel so much better
I did the following : in the morning I took the YOR shake and the greens and fiber packets
At 11:30 I took the YOR Slim and at 12:00 the YOR probiotics with my lunch.
At 4:00 I took the berry blast and would do a boot camp 3 times a week and I would walk/jog on the other days
I would have a light dinner at 7:00
Although I couldn't do the challenge as aggressively as I would have liked to have done it because of my past health history I am so happy because I did lose 8 pounds and I am one size smaller.
