Estoy muy Feliz!!!! desde la preparatoria que no pesaba 78 kilos!! inicie mi reto con el DETOX pesando 89 kilos y logré bajar 11 kilos! me siento como nunca tengo mucha energia me queda ropa que nunca me quedaba y lo mejor de todo fue que fue muy fácil!!
Hacia el DETOX con ayuno me tomaba aceite de limón y jengibre en la mañana en ayunas, mi primera comida era fibra con super greens una hora después la malteada antes de cada comida una enzima digestiva y al final del día me tomaba otra malteada con super greens y antes de dormir probióticos y Repair!
