Doing the yorhealth challenge helped motivate me and change my habits into healthier ones.

I started by doing intermittent fasting which I thought would be hard but by day 3 it was normal. I lost a jean size in the first 2 weeks.

I'm using the Yor super greens and digestive supplements. Which have helped my digestion. Also using grapefruit essential oils. I used one of the products every day.

For the most of the challenge I did yoga 2 times a week, weights 1-2 times and played touch. There was a 2 week period where I was sick but the products left me having energy.

The impact on my life is that it has reset my routines and lifestyle. I'm currently training for a competition in Vegas so this challenge has motivated me to get going.
