I decided to make a change for this year and to continue on because I realized that I've been having hard time with my health. Not only that, I ususally exclude myself out from all activities with families and friends because I know I will be slowing everyone down. Few times, I hear and see people say stuff about my obesity. Words hurt. I'm getting sick of all the people calling me names and saying I don't match my fiance or that why didn't he marry someone skinny and pretty. Hearing those words from people telling my fiance just broke my heart. So I decided that I want to lose weight. Also, this year or the beginning of next year, I will be having my wedding done.
I want to thank See Vang for motivating me and checking up on me. I used the regime that she gave me. I bought the yorbestbuild supplements. It contains 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate shake, 1 bag of fiber with fiber sticks, 2 supergreens, and enerysticks. Also, I had the pro and repair pills, vitamins, slims, and digestive pills. My daily routine is 2 slims in AM, then 1 pro and 1 repair. My vanilla shake comes next with 2 scoops, 1 scoop fiber and 1 scoop greens. After that I take my 2 vitamins. 2 slim before lunch. Have a salad. Then 1 disgestive pill and 2 vitamins. Later on, 2 slims and dinner is vanilla shake with 2 scoops and a drop of lemon oil. Take 2 vitamins. Before I go to sleep, 1 pro and 1 repair. Each week I go to the gym about 3x and it played a big part. I also detox too. Well, this was a great challenge and I never felt more engertic than ever! Thanks to YOR!!
