My name is Yi Thao and I am 47 years old. Before the challenge I love eating without managing the portions and the amounts. I eat whenever I want and whatever I want. Some bad habits of mine are that I love eating sweets and I would usually eat past 9pm. I always tell myself I will diet tomorrow but as tomorrow comes I can't stop myself. I realized that with my constant bad habits of eating I became out of breath quickly and my clothes became tighter that I had to start buying bigger size. So I decided to join the challenged to change myself and control my eating habits so that I can be healthier and more fitted. For this challenge I use the Best Body Set package. I took the product as directed by Yor Health. I exercise 3 times a week for an hour each time. I have lose a total of 19lbs and I feel great and I'm not out of breath anymore. The challenge has made me more alert of my eating habits and has help me get back into my old self, fitting right back into my old clothes.
