Hola, decidí iniciar con el Reto por qué vi una gran oportunidad de por fin poder bajar, ya que hace algunos años estuve en tratamiento con cortisona que me subió mucho de peso, intente muchas dietas, desintoxicaciones, aparatos clínicos y hasta tratamientos en la piel que solo podían arriesgar mi salud, además que solo eran resultados momentáneos. Nunca imaginé que podía lograrlo con la nutrición hasta que conocí YORHEALTH.
