Hola soy Gladys , a punto de cumplir los 53 años. Por mucho tiempo , casi toda mi vida hice ejercicios, y por motivo de un mal diagnóstico médico,por 2 años y medio no hice nada de ejercicios ya que me implantaron marcapasos y presenté derrame de pericardio lo que ocasionó un cambio radicalnen mi vida
Subi de peso y perdi masa muscular. Supongo que la edad y el incidente hacen que mi metabolismo este lento. hace un mes regrese a la actividad física y espero que con este régimen logré obtener los resultados deseados sin poner en riesgo la salud y antes de los 53 lograr mi reto!!!
