I started at 177 and my final weight is 163. I am super excited that I passed my goal by 2 pounds and I feel better than ever! I still have at least 11 pounds to go before I am back at my pre-pregnancy weight! Yay!
I use MRP, fiber( one of my faves), supergreens, probiotics, enzymes, repair, and vitamins. I have my MRP in the morning and greens in the afternoon. I use these products everyday. I don't think I could function without them! =-)
I am on a more frequent workout regiment. I was working out 4 times a week when I started this challenge, but now I am at 6 days a week. It sure is kicking my butt, but I can now finish my entire workout without stopping. So, yay! I practice hot yoga at least twice a week. I run on the treadmill at least 4 times a week. I have a Minna Lessig Total body dvd that I use and a Tracy Anderson dvd. I am now starting to incorporate some pilates to change it up.
I can play with my son all day and when he says, "Run Mommy", I run!! My husband is due to return from Afghanistan in about a month and he has not seen me at this weight for 3 years! So, I am very excited to see his reaction to my new body. Though I am not at my pre-pregnancy weight (my son is 2.5) I know that I am more fit and feel better than I did at 152. My body confidence is way higher than it used to be and I hope that will reflect in my son. I am going to continue to get healthy. Thanks Yor Health for being my catalyst to get moving!
