Hello, my name is Lisa Chen. I love the YOR Health product line and what it has done for me. Before starting the challenge, I was at 95 pounds and after completing the 8 week challenge, I was able to gain 5 pounds of lean muscle mass ending at 100 pounds. To me that is amazing, especially for someone like myself that always struggled with weight gain growing up. When going to the doctors, they would tell me that I was underweight and that I needed to gain weight. I had tried different ways to do this, but nothing seems to work. I also struggled with food intolerance and digestive issues, so it made it even made it more difficult to eat more. I was always feeling tired and I didn’t know why. With the product line, eating well and a combination of working out, I was able to have more energy and not feeling tired all the time.
During the challenge, the products I used were the YOR shake, digestives, berry blast, fiber, repair, probiotics, and muscle energy I take 2 shakes a day, digestive with every meal and fiber, repair, probiotics at night. I take berry blast during the day and muscle energy when I work out. My work out schedule was 3 to 4 times a week.
