So when I first started taking this challenge I was very overweight I was unhealthy and I was not fit my body had a lot of aches and a lot of pain. I have a lot of back issues because I have three herniated disc before taking the challenge I have been taking pretty much the whole lineup of yorhealth products except for the proteins. All the product have helped me tremendously by giving me energy,strength endurance and deafly has made me a better person in life. This Best Body challenge promoted by YorHealth has changed my life and has impacted many of my family and friends. I take the products every day and I try to go to the gym at least four or five times a week.
