My name is Jimmy, I'm 32 years old and I have 2 kids. I've been trying to work out for awhile now and never got any results. After about a month and a half, I had a buddy who introduce me to your health. I was surprise with his results and wanted to know more. I ended up going to one of his class and love what they were showing and decided to start buying the product. My first 2 weeks was a detox. Morning shakes were Vanilla, super greens, fiber and berry blast. Lunch was only salads and dinner was back to having a shake. After my 2 weeks of detox, I decided I wanted to bulk. I started my bulking regimen with taking vanilla shakes and fiber for my morning shakes and also during the night. At lunch I would lean meats and alot of spinach or broccoli. Before my Workout, I would mix up a shake with Yor Muscle Energy and vanilla shake. After my workout, I would then have to drink another shake that only had muscle energy powder. I lift weights 5 days a week and after my lifting I follow up with some cardio. Yor health has change my perspective on health and the way I eat. If it wasn't for yor health, I would probably be still eating bad and working out without seeing any results. Even though the 8 weeks are up, I'm still going to be purchasing the product and get the summer body I want.
