Hi! I’m Bao. I have been trying to get fit for two years now. However it was inconsistent and I didn’t know how to achieve my goals. It was challenging because I was new to fitness and nutrition. It took me awhile to understand what I should do about it because I never reached out to fitness trainers for advice. All I did was google about nutrition and proper workouts and read about what other people did to achieve their goals. At first, my workouts would consist of running at the same pace every other day. It had helped for a little bit but my body eventually got used to it and sunk into a plateau.
For two years I had never gotten the results I wanted. Even though I was eating healthy, and working out right, my tummy constantly would slim down on a certain day then be bloated the next. I even thought that I might have air in tummy because sometimes it would swell up! I was so upset and frustrated with myself. I had jumped through many different workout programs thinking that they didn’t work.
I took on the challenge because after struggling with my weight for so long, I felt like I had nothing to lose. It was all up to me to change myself. I saw other people transforming their body in 8 weeks and I was so surprised. I thought to myself, why and how did those people achieve their body only in that time frame while I struggled for two years? I wanted to achieve my body goals in 8 weeks too! I soon later learned that it all came down to my digestive system and it all made sense.
I was so excited when I received my products. Every morning I would take a probiotic and two Super Slim upon rising. I would take my repair ultra if I felt sore that morning. After half an hour to an hour I would have my chocolate shake mixed with fiber plus, super greens and chia seeds for breakfast with two vitamins. My snacks mostly consist of mixed nuts, yogurt, or fruit . For lunch I prep a spring salad mix with chicken breast. Before consuming, I take another super slim and wait half an hour then take a digest ultra along with two vitamins. I’ll snack again then for dinner, I’ll drink my chocolate shake. During the day if I run low on energy, i’ll mix up a berry blast with super greens and add one drop of the essential lemon oil.
Today, I am happy with my results and am eager to continue to further my body goals with these products. I initially weighed 128 lbs and dropped down to 118 lbs. For the challenge, I worked out six days a week. I mixed hiit cardio with weights and low intensity training every other day throughout week. At first, I didn’t think I was able to hit that my 118 lb goal because it took a few weeks for me to see the effort. But towards the end of the 8 weeks, I was able to make that happen. I love using the digest ultra because it helped my digestive system absorb nutrients better and helped flatten my tummy. This challenge has helped me gain a more confident version of myself. If you put your mind to it, you can achieve it!
