Hola, mi nombre es David y tengo 19 años.
La mayoría de mi tiempo lo dedico a mis estudios y eso provoco que descuidara por completo mi figura y mi salud.
Por eso decidi comenzar este reto y realizar el DETOX LB, al principio creí que necesitaba matarme haciendo ejercicio para ver resultados, pero la verdad no fué necesario tanto sacrificio, ya que tomando los productos, fui cambiando mis habitos alimenticios y mejorando mi rendimiento día a día.

Mi rutina diaria esta basada en:
-1 vaso de agua en ayunas con 2 gotas de Limón.
-1 capsula de probioticos
-1 capsula de Yor Shape.
-1 capsula de Repair.
-Rompiendo el ayuno que comence con 12 horas y despues logré hasta 16 horas de ayuno tomaba el Super Green con el Yor Fiber Plus.
-Después completaba con el Yor Shake.
-Más tarde hago mi comida incluyendo proteina y verduras verdes y tomo el Yor Digest.
-En la noche durante la cena tomo el Digest y antes de dormir o de hacer ejecicio 2 capsulas de Yor Shape.
- Ejercicio 4 veces por semana 1 hora o 35 minutos,trotando o haciendo ejercicios areobicos.

Durante estas semanas, me he sentido con mucha energía, no he tenido molestias después de hacer ejercicio y me siento más seguro con mi nuevo peso.
Sin duda volvería a hacer este reto y ahora me gustaría realizarlo para definirme!!
