Going into the 8 week challenge I was extremely out of shape. I was 190 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been in my life. With hard work and dedication to the 8 week challenge program, I was able to drop 24 lbs with my final weight being 166 lbs.
I followed the supplement plan, taking each supplement and vitamin everyday. I would also have a supergreen shake in the morning when I woke up and a Yor Shake between meals, usually around 3 pm. On days that I would go to the gym, I would have Yor Muscle Energy while at the gym and a Yor Shake after the gym.
Throughout the eight week challenge I would usually go to the gym around 4 days a week. I would go every other day to the gym then the next day I would use as a "rest day," while still following the supplement plan and my diet on these rest days.
The eight week challenge has impacted my life greatly. I feel great and am in great shape. I still have a lot of work and goals that I would like to accomplish but this was a great foundation leading towards that. Going into the challenge my blood pressure, cholesterol and my diet were terrible. I was drinking a lot which also didn't help towards my general health. Now, by cutting out alcohol and other nonsense, cleaning up my diet and being aware of what I am putting into my body, I feel a lot healthier.
