Hi I'm Eduardo and I decided to take the challenge after a While using the oils and feeling great. I went through a rough phase getting to weight up to 80 Kg and was already loosing some weight but just couldn't get to show some muscle. Every morning I drank half a cup of warm water with a drop of lemon oil, 15 minutes after I take a pill of Yor Probiotics, then, around 10 o clock I have a glass of Yor Supergreens, And then a Yor shake, with lunch and dinner I have a capsule of Yor Digest and if in between I get hungry I have another shake, before going to sleep I have a Yor Repair. I have felt great with the challenge not only because I los body fat and gained muscle, but also relying to energy. I plan on going to the beach and feel way better about my body. I know I still have a long way to reduce body fat but with some Yor challenges ahead I plan to do so. I exercise 3-5 times a week with some weight and then cardio.
