Hola! mi nombre es Dilma Velasquez tengo 31 años y mi peso era de 175 con ese peso quede después de mis tres embarazos soy de esas personas que no me gusta hacer nada de ejercicio pero encontré a una amiga que me hablo de Yor Health y decidí probarlos y quede encantada con ellos, pues empecé a hacer ejercicio 3 veces por semana por 1 hora.
La forma en que me los tome:
por la mañana al levantarme me tomaba 1 probiotico y 1 repair.
