Estos son los resultados de mi segundo Ciclo, y estoy muy contenta por ellos :D

Comencé pesando 52.6 kg, y terminé con 51.5 kg, lo curioso es que había bajado más, pero después comencé a aumentar de nuevo pero en masa muscular. Los productos que usé fueron el Complete burn, tomandome uno en ayunas y el otro antes de hacer ejercicio, la MRP Vainilla la tomaba a las 12, 16 y 22 hrs, como colaciones, con agua.

Mi rutina de ejercicio se volvió más extensa los lunes, miercoles y viernes, entrenaba 2:30 hrs porque comencé a hacer abdominales, y martes y jueves 2 horas.

El reto ha causado gran impacto en mi porque gracias a ello me he vuelto más saludable, mis hábitos han cambiado así como mis prioridades, incluso mis alimentos, me he visto beneficiada además en cuanto a mi estado emocional ya que me siento con más energía,y ello ha hecho que mi familia y amigos se estén contagiando de mi emoción, y algunos ya pertenecen también a esta gran comunidad.
