My name is Viktor. I joined the challenge this time to put myself into healthy routine and back in shape.
I started with 78kg and finished in 79kg. I haven't gained as much as I wanted to but it's a long process. I have become stronger and more energetic.
I have tried many methods but intermittent fasting works best with me. I practise that 5 or 6 days a week. Skipping breakfast and having only coffee with butter and mct oil. I am usually on the go driving in the morning. As a snack before lunch I have 2-3 scoops of Chocolate Shake which I take with me all the time. It saves me from buying unwanted unhealthy foods. I mix greens in my shakes as well(scoop or two). With lunch and dinner I'm having digestive enzymes and never feel food coma again. Before I go to bed(most days) I take 1 capsule of probiotics. 
I train 4-5 times a week. I try to change my exercise routines so it varies from Yoga, heavy weight lifting, Crossfit and beach runs. On training days I have another 3 scoops of Chocolate Shake after training. Its so tasty that we are having it as deserts, mixed into home made quark cheese. Try it out. Our 2 year old son loves that too.
The main impact I see o me is the energy all day long and the focus I get from being in the challenge. Ah and it helps having friends in the challenge as well. I am continuing and taking the challenge even further! Let's do it again!
