Hi there my name is nick

Gym, fitness, health has always been my thing being very active since a kid playing sports. Few years ago as I got into gym, just did the usual training to keep fit. But over the last year I've taken my training a lot more seriously. My main focus is strength and well as I continued to get stronger I dealt with a lot of niggling Injuries along the way. From lower back injuries, to both my arms, ankle and the list goes on. Did what I had to do and pushed through the pain. Body composition resulted negatively and I knew it was time to set myself a task no matter what challenges are thrown at me. Fast track 8 weeks and here I am happy of how far I've come. But I know I'm not done here, continuous progression is my goal and I'll continue to pursue that. The impact this challenge has had on my life is simple as this, no matter what life throws at you if you don't give up success is inevitable.

I'm big in gut health so I used the main staples to insure I'm getting the enzymes in my body to digest my food, the vitamins and minerals to nourish my body, the supergreens to alkalise my blood. Gut health is key and I compare that to the root of a tree. Poison the root the tree dies. Poison the gut poison the body.

I exercised quite frequently!! Between 5-7 sessions per week depending on how I felt. I listen to my body so if i felt i wanted to do a workout I did.

This challenge again is the stepping stone for me to stay hungry and pursue more health and fitness goals. So thank you YOR HEALTH for providing me with that opportunity
