Hi everyone, my name is Maria I am a wife and a busy mother of 4 beautiful children. I have been eating unhealthy all my life. At age 37 I was overweight, tired and unhappy with how I looked and felt. After my fourth child I weighed 146lbs at 5 feet tall. I hated that I didn't fit any of my nice clothes. I wanted to lose weight for my own health and for my children. I was introduced to Yor Health from a friend and that is where my life began to change.

This was my first challenge ever so it was very difficult to change my bad eating habits. I started each day with 1 probiotic in the morning on an empty stomach. 30 minutes before breakfast I would take 2 super slim. At breakfast I would drink my Yor shake with my supergreens and take 2 vitamins. 30 minutes before lunch I would take 2 super slim and then eat a healthy lunch along with my digest and vitamins. At 3pm I would drink my berry blast to keep me going for the rest of the day. At 6pm I would take my 2 super slim and at 6:30pm for dinner I would drink my Yor shake with my vitamins. I would snack on fruits or nuts in between throughout my day. Before bed I would take 2 repairs.

I struggled many times because I had to break away from my old unhealthy eating habits. Everyday I had to pick myself back up and start over again. Through self discipline and taking the Yor Health supplements I was able to clean out my digestive system, curb my appetite and make the change to eating healthier foods. There were many times I wanted to give up but I didn't. I kept going. Despite recovering from my ankle sprain I exercised 4-5 times out of the week for 15-30 minutes.

I am thankful that Yor Health products were introduced to me. I am very happy with my results. I lost 9lbs and lost 3 inches off my waistline. I sleep better and feel more energetic now. Thanks to Yor Health I am on the road to a healthier lifestyle!
