Buen día familia YOR HEALTH!
Me encuentro muy contento de haber concluido un reto mas, cada vez me voy dando cuenta que voy recuperando poco a poco mi salud, ya que mi presion arterial se encuentra muy controlada y voy perdiendo peso poco a poco sin descompensarme. Ademas sigo bajando sin privarme de mis gustos porque como lo mismo que toda mi familia! Solo añado a mi día a día todos los productos de YOR Health. En este reto logre bajar 5.7 kgs, me hace sentir feliz y muy motivado a continuar con este nuevo estilo de vida.

Les comparto que en el desayuno me tomo mi malteada YOR MRP de Vainilla junto con una fruta y quedo muy satisfecho.
A media mañana un refrigerio y en la comida tomo mi YOR Digest Ultra.
En la tarde nuevamente una ensalada de fruta o vegetales y en la noche nuevamente mi YOR MRP de Vainilla!
Por problemas de Ciatica estoy muy limitado para hacer ejercicio y aun asi sigo bajando por lo que estoy agradecido de que me hayan invitado a esta gran familia.
