Hello
My name is Gina Puga.I began this challenge weighing 142 lbs. Although I did not hit my original goal of 135 pounds I was able to shed away a few pounds and dropped to 138 lbs. During the past eight weeks I consumed the following products:
First four weeks:
I was taking the GreatGreens once a day in the morning
I began with the GreatProtein and on the fifth week I was alternating it with the chocolate YorShake. Also once a day.
The last four weeks:
I was taking the YorSupergreens in the morning once a day with a Repair Ultra. Also at night I would take the Repairultra once.
As far as exercising I did a lot of walking for six of the eight weeks. For the first two weeks I was only doing exercise with the basketball like shooting it at the basket. Although it did not in led any cardio since I wasn't actually playing on a team. Also I did once week of Kung Fu towards the end.
I feel like this challenge my life in a way for the better. It made me more aware of exercising and most definitely what I will be nurturing my body with, as far as more nutrition rather than junk food.
