With the results of the 8 Week Challenge Cycle 1, I had some results and momentum going into Cycle 2. With that, I am pleased to say that I've gained 4 lbs of lean muscle. I went to the gym 21 days out of the 8 weeks, for an hour and a half each time. I'm very happy with the consistency. Along with the work-out regimen, I've taken daily packs and MRP. I've also cut red meats from my diet, just to test myself to see if I could actually do it. Growing up eating Asian dishes, my diet consisted mostly of red meats. I wanted to see what not eating red meat would do to my body. So far, I'm loving the results. I may not have the six pack abs that I wanted, but the definition on my body is really beginning to show, and I'm on course to losing my love handles. I'm more cautious with what I'm eating now, only occasionally eating sweets and fried foods but less and less of it. Overall, I'm really loving the progress and can;t wait to work harder at the gym and get better results. Thank you for taking your time in reading this. I hope you vote for me! Love and peace xoxo

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
