Holaaa!!! estoy super contenta con el resultado de este Reto. Mas emocionada porque me resistía a hacer el Detox. Gracias a mis uplines y mis hijos que me ayudaron a decidirme e intentarlo, me siento muy bien, con mas energía que antes. Me gusta mucho correr y lo combine con ejercicio de pesas 6 día a la semana. El Reto me mantiene enfocada en la actividad fisica, la alimentacion y la hidratación. Los productos que tomo son Berry Blast antes de ir al Gym, rompo el ayuno con Super Greens y Yor Shake. A la hora de la comida Digest y Vitaminas. Antes de dormir Repair y Probióticos.

La verdad pense que definir musculos y abdomen no era para mi. tengo 52 años y no hacía nada por lograrlo pero con el detox empece a bajar grasa corporal y me animo mucho a entrenar en el gym. Estoy muy agradecida con YOR Health por ayudarme a romper limites, me siento feliz!! :)
