My name is Ellen Palmer. I am 41 years old. One of the things that frustrates me the most about my younger self was my non-proactive approach to health. Even with all the success I had in sports, volleyball especially, I still chose to pair my intense workout sessions with a terrible fast food diet and no supplementation.

For far too many years I relied totally on physical activity to manage my weight. Sometimes I would spend up to five hours each day working out. However, as I transitioned into my career as a teacher, then marriage and now two beautiful boys, spending that much time working out is just not realistic and impossible.

Over the last year staying involved in the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge has helped me to make better healthy whole food choices, get into the gym 2-4 days per week, for about forty-five minutes each time and take the YOR Health supplements consistently.
