I wasn't sure at first, but now I'm a believer. Almost immediately coming home from my trip to Australia, I went to Mexico City and followed by 3 other states. Traveling a lot can definitely throw off your eating habits. That's why I was so surprised with this challenge because I incorporated Intermittent Fasting into my regimen. I wasn't sure at first if it was really going to work, but after this challenge, I can definitely see the benefits.

When I wake up, I take some BCAAs and hit the gym. 10am would be my first meal, which would be 3 scoops of YOR Shake with 1 scoop of Greatful protein plus Supergreens & Fiber. I had 2-3 of these shakes daily and ate 1-2 normal meals per day. I did not have a restrictive die, I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. The only restriction was to monitor how much carbs I was consuming per day.

I wanted to do something that would be sustainable so I went with a 12 hour fast from 10pm to 10am. On some days where I ate more than I should have, or food I shouldn't have, I would extend my fasting period from 10pm to 12pm. I feel that it helped me burn more fat than normally.
