I've always been an active, outdoorsy type of person but over the last 20 years I have slowly become less active, I now work at a desk job and the kilos have piled on. I kept thinking they would just disappear but they didn't! I told myself that once I was through menopause my old frame would magically reappear....but it didn't! I knew I needed to do something to become more healthy but I felt lethargic, unmotivated, hungry all the time and too tired after work to do anything but lay on the couch and watch TV. I started my journey after seeing someone's before and after photos on Facebook one day. They had done the Go Green 28 Day Cleanse and lost 10 kilos....they looked amazing! I wanted those results too so I did the cleanse and lost 8 kilos. I wanted more though because I still had excess kilos to lose and I wanted to tone and sculpt my body as well so I entered the 8 week sculpt challenge.
Being in this program has changed my life! Before I found Yor Health I was so unfit and also unhealthy. I turned 60 at the beginning of this year and it was a wake up call to me that if I didn't do something soon...my health was going to continue to deteriorate and I would end up old before my time.
The intermittent fasting has suited my lifestyle so well and I now find that I eat less and when I do I eat more healthy foods. Because of the supplements, I feel so much more energy so exercising is not the chore that it used to be.
