Monday - Friday
I start my day off with Probiotic & Repair on an empty stomach. About 30 mins later I take yor berry blast along with 1 scoop of green to give me energy for my workout.

After my workout I drink 1 glass of water along with 2 super slim. 30 mins later I have my breakfast ( 2 vanilla scoop & 1 green scoop). This is probably the best part of my day! Having this delicious shake after my workout! Feeling accomplished!

For Lunch I take 2 super slim 30-60 mins before i eat. My lunch usually consist of spring mix with grilled chicken or salmon.

Beside working out, dinner is probably the hardest part for me. 2 scoop of Chocolate shake is my dinner. Sometimes I get home from work and I stay up later to finish some work or catch up on things. I'll get hungry again before bed. Sometimes I'll munch on carrots or something small to help. Right before bed I'll take 1 Probiotic & 1 Repair.

The weekend is probably the hardest. I try to watch what I eat but being around friends and families doesn't make it any better. There are foods & alcohol all the time. I was pretty bad in the beginning. During the 3rd week I went to the beach and it all went downhill from there. I had to start all over when I came back. My stomach cramps were also an issue too. When it was that time of the month I had to stop working out for 2 -3 days due to severe menstrual cramps. I pretty much have to stay on Ibuprofen. But after the 2-3 days off, I'm back in it. The struggle is real when you are a female with bad menstrual cramps!!!

I am 1 lb away from my goal weight but inside I feel like a winner. Yor products has helped my allergies significantly!!! I used to have allergies everyday that it was interfering with my work and everyday life. It was miserable. But now my allergies are manageable and I hardly have it anymore. I feel the products along with working out really help flush out the toxin in my body. My body feels alot stronger. I was dying when I first started HIIT workout. I couldn't even get through the first 15 mins! Now I can go through the whole 30 - 40 mins.

Overall my face is a bit slimmer. I've lost a little off my muffin top. My glutes and hamstring have toned up alot. That was my most stubborn area! And I don't feel so bloated all the time. My abdominal have also tighten up. I will continued to use Yor products in my everyday life. It actually feels weird now if I don't have a shake for breakfast!
