Hi I'm Amy Bonney, I started this challenge at 88kg and finished at 82kg. I'm 28 years old and have never been able to shift much weight before. 5 years ago I was at ideal weight for my body (60kg) but a fatigue illness set me back in energy, weight and diminished muscle tone. The weight came on pretty quickly and I could not shake it whatever I tried.

My husband and I decided to do this challenge together and were both so excited and amazed how easy the weight dropped off even in the first fortnight. He has also had trouble losing weight before so we were ecstatic just to be losing any weight at all! Our relationship has also benefited a lot because we are both so much more happy and energetic.

I have been having greens, fiber and berry blast shake with water for breakfast every morning. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is THE BEST breakfast I've ever had! I have struggled for years trying to find the best breakfast option for me because everything was feeling heavy and made me sluggish. This shake is amazing because it's light, filling and hydrating. The berry blast is so refreshing and energizing, we love it (my husband and I fight over the last one if we're running out!). Now I can't live without this combination. Throughout the challenge I sometimes used other Yor Health products like the protein powder, vitamins and pro-biotics which were also really beneficial.

For exercise I did some sort of movement most days (dancing, bike riding, HIIT, walking, hiking etc) and I had the energy to do it all!!

How has this changed my life? This challenge has completely changed my confidence in myself. Now I believe I can do anything I set my mind to. It has given me a thirst for 'challenges' and I've been planning new ones for myself - meditating every day, hiking every week etc. I have so much more zest for life. I'm back to being the energizer bunny and my muscle tone is returning. I feel strong, light and excited for life. I'm looking forward to signing up for the next yor best body challenge!
