My name is Alex McIntosh, at the start of this challenge I weighed 150kgs, after 2 months I now weigh 138kgs. I've had problems with my weight for most of my adult life and have tried many times to better my health. Nothing ever really stuck for too long.
Me and my wife decided to both do this challenge together. Right from the start I found myself losing weight! I instantly had more energy and was no longer grumpy in the mornings. Even Monday's were no longer a hassle. I have so much more energy and am doing energetic activities I haven't done in many, many years!!
My relationship with my wife has improved too. Both of us having more energy and in happier moods has definitely improved things for both of us. We love doing this together too.
I have been having the fiber, berry blast and greens shake for breakfast everyday, with water. I love it! It keeps me filled up and gives me real energy for the day. Me and my wife get worried when we are running low on these provisions, we love it so much.
My exercise mostly involves walking 3-5 times a week as well as some interval training. Me and my wife have also started having energetic dance parties, which is super fun!
This challenge has had such a wonderful impact on my life. I look at things differently now. I am generally more positive (ask my wife, friends and colleagues!) and have more enthusiasm. I am certainly more open to different ideas and points of view too. I know now that this kind of change is possible. I am so excited!! Looking forward to doing another 2 month challenge soon.
