I am a mother of 3 and a grand mother of 5. I have fluctuated with my weight for many years and have never been able to get below 75kg. I felt sluggish and hated myself every time I looked in the mirror. I looked terrible and felt ashamed.
I was introduced to the Yor Health products and at first I did not think they were for me as I have an auto immune disease and fibromyalgia which made exercise impossible. I thought I would at least give it a go as I felt there was nothing to loose except for maybe a little weight!
I started my day with great greens, fiber and berry blast with a drop of lemon.
At meal times I would take the super slim half an hour before, then a digest with my meal.
At night I would take a probiotic to help balance my gut health.
I also found the muscle repair to be a great asset to my day as it would help with muscle aches and allow me to have a semi pain free day.
At the beginning of the challenge I felt a bit silly and really self conscious but decided that I would at least try. I weighed 78kg and size 14 clothes were tight on me.
At the end of the challenge I had dropped a whopping 10kg and ended my challenge at 68kg now fitting in to size 10 clothes.I almost fell over when I jumped on the scales! I feel amazing and have so much energy today. I have had so much support in doing this challenge and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling to loose a little weight.
Thank you Yor Health for changing my life. I am doing another challenge to loose the last few extra kilos that I am carrying. My doctor can no longer call me obese! This is now a way of life for me.
