Last year I had used the products and stuck to the Protocols of the 28day Cleanse coupled with intermittent Fasting which got me to my lowest weight at 83kg, feeling amazing and training the house down. However I injured my shoulder and my training routine and fitness world was thrown into a whirlwind.

I used to strength train 5 times a week, with 2 football trainings a week and a football game on the weekend but because of the injury i could no longer do any of the above.My mindset around it all had almost completely been destroyed and I felt somewhat sorry for myself.

To give someone the slightest idea of my situation I had gone from doing sets of 120kg bench press to now struggling with 1 body weight push up. From running and playing football to now struggling with a jog because of the pressure it put on my shoulder as my feet hit the pavement. It really felt depressing. During this time being away from the gym not only did it take a toll on my mindset but it also manifested with me putting on weight and increasing body fat I had worked off during my preseason because I was now no longer active.

After 7 months of rest and countless hrs of rehab I was in a better place mentally, my strength was slowly coming back and I could run without it giving me pain, so I decided it was time to get back into shape and enter the 8WC.

I loosely followed the I.F protocols of 18\6 and my day would look like this;

Morning (skip breakfast)
1x Super Greens
1x Berry Blast
2x Fibre Plus
1x Drop of Lemon Essential Oil
1x Drop of Peppermint Essential Oil
2x Essential Vitamins

Lunch- Some protein, carb and fat source with 1x Digest Ultra and 2x Essential Vitamins.

Dinner- Some protein, carb and fat source with 1x Digest Ultra and 2x Essential Vitamins.

Before bed- 1 x Probiotic, 2 x Repair Ultras and Essential Oils diffused in my room.

Over the 8 weeks I had a few fun meals like Pizza and Burgers plus I have a crazy sweet tooth and would need to have Krsipy Kremes, Cheese cakes, Brownies or Ice-Cream quiet regularly. But I knew if I had them, I would need to balance it out with my other meals as well as training my butt off.

I was happy if I could train 3 times a week and sometimes it was only a run around the block, but I was happy just moving.

Fast forward to today, I'm now fitter, stronger and in better shape now than I was back then, hitting my goal of increasing muscle mass while decreasing body fat starting off at 90kg to now weighing 85kg.

Thank you YOR Health for an amazing product line.
