Yo pesaba 53 kilos y llevaba un par de meses intentando llegar a pesar 50 kilos sin obtener resultados. Tomé el reto con toda la intención de lograrlo y me dio mucho gusto ver que rápidamente estaba obteniendo buenos resultados, lo que me animó más aún.
