Hi, I would like to share a little bit of my story and my journey with everyone using Yor health products. I've always struggled with my weight ever since I was a teenager. Along the way I became depressed and didn't care what I was eating and sometimes I wouldn't even eat at all. It was so easy for me to gain weight. Now that I am getting older I want to be in better shape also be healthier. My friend started using the products and she did an amazing job especially with her being a mom and working full time. She became part of my inspiration to become healthier. Ever since I began taking the product's I noticed that it made me and my body feel so much better. I had so much more energy. I became more confident with myself. I have so much more motivation now that I'm becoming more healthy. When I started working out, it was so hard because I haven't worked out in so long. Gradually I noticed that each time I was able to push myself even more.
For my regimen this is what I did:
In the morning I would drink my supergreen shake and take a probiotic. At 11:00 a.m. I would drink a shake with 2 scoops of fiber. For my lunch which I normally do around 1-2 p.m. I would drink another shake with one scoop of fiber and I would take 1 vitamin and 1 super slim. For dinner I would have a salad with 1 tablespoon of dressing or I would have my portioned out proteins(chicken or salmon) with steamed veggies and then I would take 2 digestive enzymes and 1 super slim. Right before bed time I would take 1 probiotic and 2 repair capsules. Throughout the day I did make sure to drink plenty of water and kept myself hydrated.
Unfortunately I did not reach my goal weight, but for me this is still just the beginning of my journey to living a healthier life style. I will continue to work out, eat healthy, and use the Yor health products! I can and I will reach my goal!
