My goal was to loose weight in measurements in my body.

I started my day with YoR Supergreens - YoR multi vitamins - and had my first meal at lunch time
Lunch - I have yor digest ultra with my meal
If I get a little pekish I grab myself a YoR Chocolate Shake and add some pink grapefruit essential oil in...this is so delicious

Dinner - I'll always have a YoR Digest Ultra will all my meals and YoR multi vitamins

Bedtime - YoR Probiotics

During the day I drink my Yor Water with our Organic Essential Oils Water.

I don't really exercise but try to walk more to my local shops - and keep active that way.

I'm going to continue to do another 8 week health challenge as my goal weight has not yet been met. But this is pretty good as I feel trimmer than before and my energy is soaring through the roof.
