Hola de nuevo familia detox!

Este es mi segundo ciclo en el programa detox360 y estoy súper contenta con los resultados ! Peso exactamente lo mismo pero ahora tengo más músculo que antes, me siento con mucha energía y mis antojos por el azúcar están controlados .

Les comparto como usé los suplementos. Una gota de la mezcla metabólica al despertar. 30 min después antes de irme al gym , una medida del yor supergreens .

Llevaba una porción del yor Muscle energy para cada entrenamiento . No hice Cardio en mi último mes por una lesión en mi tobillo . Así que solo me mantuve con una hora y media de gym 5 veces por semana . Como desayuno al regresar mi yor Shake con dos cucharadas de aceite de coco .

En la comida una cápsula de yor digest y un sobre de berry blast . 3 o 4 noches de la semana use el yor Shake como cena agregando fruta y chia sin olvidar el aceite de coco . Mis colaciones favoritas entre comidas son los cacahuates y el atún .
