This is my first best body challenge and I loved it!
Last year I developed a really bad eating pattern whist I was studying. Once I realized how bad it had gotten and what it had done to my body I decided to start training again to feel healthier and to lose weight. I was training up to three times a day and cut out all carbohydrates and sugar to get good results. At the start I lost a bit but it left me feeling highly fatigued, sore and exhausted. After 2 months I had hit a plateau and was stuck for solutions as I still had a far way to go.
A friend introduced me to YOR Health products and with no other ideas I decided to give it a go. I had amazingly good results, I began to lose heaps of my belly fat that previously would not budge and it gave me so much energy throughout the day at work. I used the products for 2 months before starting this challenge and since then have lost over 11kg. I’m not on any crazy diets anymore, I train much less and feel 100 times better!!!! ?
