Mi nombre es Diana y tengo 29 años.
Decidí entrar al reto porque aunque llevo tiempo haciendo ejercicio la zona abdominal ha sido la mas difícil de bajar... Hasta ahora!

Al empezar el día tomo un vaso de agua tibia con una gota de Bare Oils de limón, pasada media hora ya desayuno. Para mi primer colación tomo mi Berry Blast para darme pilas durante el día. A la hora de comer tomo mis Digest Ultra.
Para la segunda colación tomo YOR SuperGreens. Voy al gym 4 veces por semana y al terminar tomo YorShake de chocolate.
Para finalizar el día tomo mis Repair.
