Mi Nombre es Mirna González 37 años tengo 2 niños..
Siempre me eh cuidado con diferentes dietas pero me sentía estacada ya no bajaba de peso..

Noche me tomo 1 probiotico dejo de cenar a las 9 pm.
Mañana abro mi ventana a las 9 pm con el greens jugo verde. Me voy al gym con mi proteína
