Este es mi segundo reto, en el anterior bajé 6k y llevo 1 semana trotando!! me empiezo a sentir viva de nuevo en este cuerpo!! quiero volver a hacer deporte y, mientras rehabilito mis hombros para poder volver a hacer clavados, mi meta es correr un 5k en el verano y que el doctor diga que ya no necesito cirugía en el hombro!!
Estoy muy contenta empezando a ver que la magia sucede, que la gente no sólo me pregunta que qué estoy haciendo para adelgazar, sino que me ven contenta, que me veo diferente.. eso no lo pagas con nada!!!
Para este segundo reto, además del supergreens, la malteada y las digest, algunos días estube tomando el berryblast porque tube dos semanas de trabajo muy intenso y me sentí de maravilla!! además comencé agregando una gota de bareoil de lomón al supergreens y he seguido bajando de talla más rápido que de peso, sobre todo en la zona del abdómen y la cadera.
En esta ocasión ya fue necesario comprar ropa nueva ??
